Policies & Fees

  • Estimates are done in person only. Qoutes are not provided over the phone.
  • All products and tools are supplied. We do use clients’ vacuums for carpeted areas.
  • Automated appointment reminders will be sent at least 24 hours in advance
  • Existing Customers: Less than 24 hour cancellation notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee
  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • Dirty dashes - $15
  • If you need to reschedule your service for a later date, there will be an additional charge applied to your next service
  • NEW CUSTOMERS: Non-refundable deposits are required to book an appointment. If you cancel, you forfeit your deposit.
  • NEW CUSTOMERS DEPOSIT
    - Routine Visit: $50
    - Deep Cleans & Move-in/Move-Out Cleaning: $150
    - One Time Clean: $75
